Should I get the iPhone 3G or 3GS?

Im thinking gtting iPhone 3G, but I dunnodo u guys think its worth the extra spedn HARACTERISTICS 50-100 dollars more for the 3GS? 3G 16GB and not plastic scrtach easily again? if so, or reocmend invisible shield or a drum or the Griffin Elan Form leather? Also, black or Pentecost? Im not gonnna be a heavy user, I just want a good phone to replace my Motorola RAZR and iPod touch 1gen. thanks!
