Griffin Elan foam damage to my new iPhone: (What to do?

I bought a Griffin Elan foam if my Local Mobile retailer and only 5 days Today I have removed the case from my iPhone and found that the case is scratched and chipped my new iPhone on the back and up the chrome trim and the plastic cover has left some scratches long on the display panel. I do not know what to do, time to contact Apple, Griffin or mobile retail store. The phone is only 3 weeks. : (It has upset me greatly because the phone is still new and I'm afraid to see me, and not repair the damage to my phone. Thanks for your time to answer that. Deen L

Well, since this was the case that effed the phone, I take a tap and talk. Apple has great customer service they replace defective iPhones minor, such as light leaks, dust on the screen and dead pixels (if they have a guarantee)

Personally, I have a 16GB iPhone and iPhone 3G 8GB. I have ~ 1000 songs and takes up 7.75 GB (128 <quality no less) that an average of 200 + bit rate. I am 73 Apps, about 600 MB of space. According to the phones ... iPhone 3G 16GB reports on the phone with a capacity of 14.6 GB iPhone 8GB phone in reports a capacity of 7.1 GB Hope this helps. I would recommend a 16GB iPhone 3G, as you never know what you need. A video is about 400 MB for a film with a quality decent. A game of few MB to 100 MB max. Better to get an iPhone 3G in a £ 45 months and then fall to € 35 a month after 9 months.

I have no cassette adapter for my new iPhone, so I thought I take junction iPod old (it fits the iPhone) in an old cassette adapter.
