What is a good SIM with GPS capability and how it works?

I am currently with Cingular / AT & T and would like to buy a new unlocked phone that has GPS or some application of Google Maps. speaker iphone internal problem!?

I bought a 3G iPhone is about a month and for some reason yesterday covered the left speaker at the bottom the phone and I realized that much less noise coming from the right speaker is this normal? Need to be returned to Apple for repair?
