Problems with iPhone freezing?

Ok, finally bit the bullet and bought an iPhone and to be honest im a lil bit sharp about it! All is well began to run on 3G iPhone 8GB high performance of the new update, which I think is 3.1, not 100% sure of this, however when I put in so waiting when I come out of sleep mode, it freezes for about 10-15 seconds before you can get the cursor on the screen to unlock it. Its getting really annoying, especially if I have to prove something to work quickly. IV, was restored 2 times and always the same problem I do not have much music or applications Iv deleted this part to see if they can help and nothing! Anyone else with this problem? No advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated thanks

Sprint HTC touch my phone froze, how can I solve this problem?

froze my phone from scratch and custom reply a touch screen. On the screen in the bottom left corner theres a button that says "program" and pointed as if pushing on it, but nothing in the screen is touching this button. So hang up the phone. I tried to restore all sorts of ways and now its back to the screen that says "Target tab to align the screen, but my screen still regular work. Is there another way to solve this problem?

Id say remove the battery too. That's what I do when my phone began to behave as they are fun.
